My professional purpose: “Encourage critical thinking around me” I am a telecommunications engineer, but from the beginning of my career I have always worked in the banking sector, closely related to data management and data analysis, which are some of my passions.In 2007, I joined ING in the Customer Interactions area, helping to define the communications strategy with the client and implementing the necessary systems for its development and integration. Customer experience is currently my focus of interest.In 2011 I switched to Finance, first as head of MIS (management information system) and in the last four years leading the Finance Transformation team, in its mission to help design and implement change, to improve the overall added value of Finance.
