• Earned prestigious Junior Sailor of the Year award in 2015 among 80 colleagues. Served onboard USS Hué City (CG-66) during two Persian Gulf deployments. Led teams of sailors, ranging from supervising a transitory squadron of 80 sailors to having direct oversight of a 15-member work center. Held multiple command roles simultaneously relating to leadership, education, system maintenance, live simulations, troubleshooting, and physical fitness.• Maintained, diagnosed, repaired, and operated radio frequency sensor and all associated equipment (AN/SLQ-32 Electronic Warfare Suite), restoring four major system casualties and orchestrating installation of over $1 million worth of parts. Served as sole GALE-lite operator and technician onboard, creating intelligence briefing products for entire strike group and constructing operator guide for electronic warfare watch team leading to increased GALE use and proficiency.• Conducted over 4,000 hours of supervisory tactical console watch standing in a high-stress, low-resource environment with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours at a time, coordinating with assigned strike group assets and ensuring Combat Information Center maintained full strategic awareness of all and maritime and military surface, underwater, and air threats. Analyzed, logged, and reported daily electronic signal intelligence to support and disseminate daily collected tactical electronic intelligence for fleet-wide use.
