Analyzed data was used to determine the effects of SRP on chlorophyll in the Lakes.• Performed sequential phosphorus extractions and equilibrium phosphorus concentration (EPC) experiments. Conducting the sequential extractions can help identify the amount of phosphorus store in the surface sediments.
