I ensure team performance by promoting ownership, focus, agile organizations, streamlined team work & collaboration.2️⃣ Building a portfolio of technologies & partnerships, leading to €1B company valuation.• Acceleration of international deployment through derisked industrial partnerships:👉New by-product formulations , guaranteeing economical perf for 3 new sites in the US (ADM), Asia and EU (confidential).• Ramp-up industrial site delivering 20kt of products in 2023 (SOP 2021):👉1st gen of process developed (TRL9).
