I believe Trans rights are human rights; fight for reproductive rights; and organize to protect nature. I specialize in business development for burgeoning ideas, access to capital, partnerships, PR, social media, consumer insights, marketing, events, hiring, and organizing for creatives, changemakers, and people with executive functioning challenges like ADHD. As a healing focused, trauma informed advocate, I carefully design supportive spaces and train to center survivors and people with disabilities, including CPTSD and chronic pain. I hold a Masters in Teaching and have enjoyed a professional career working with children and adults in individual, academic, nonprofit, and corporate settings. I currently teach somatic movement to help people with chronic pain, stuck points, and physical/mental/emotional trauma through MadeFromFire.com I am writing a book with other survivors of religious trauma. My passion project is gluten free consulting for restaurants, home cooks, and other celiacs wanting to expand their own knowledge or safely feed people with food allergies. I design gluten free menus and consult on best practices and product lists. My favorite food to cook is vibrantly filled with tons of veggies, fruits, whole grains.
