My passion project is gluten free consulting for restaurants, home cooks, and other celiacs wanting to expand their own knowledge or safely feed people with food allergies. I design gluten free menus and consult on best practices and product lists. My favorite food to cook is vibrantly filled with tons of veggies, fruits, whole grains.
