Hi! I'm Marta and I'm an experienced environment concept artist with some crazy side skills! Please check out my Artstation portfolio: https://www.artstation.com/leydy In short: I've spent 6,5+ years as environment concept artist for AAA games, and earlier 4 years as a 2d artist for casuals, mobile and indie. I also had an opportunity to work on dating sims, board games, book covers and even pixel-art. I've started my gamedev journey fresh out of high school, when I was making pixel-art character sprites for a web-browser mmorpg Margonem every summer, during my University summer breaks. Then I focused on studying art, but quickly I've started to miss gamedev, so I got my first full-time in-house job at World-LooM Games (now known as Space Fox Games), where I got to work as a 2D artist on numerous premium casual games while continuing my university studies. It was tough to manage both, and also freelance, but I'm so glad I did! Thanks to my gamedev experience I got my internship at CD Projekt Red where I made a switch from small projects to my first AAA game, Cyberpunk 2077, and I totally fell in love with designing all things enviro. Being an intern again seems like it was a restart in my career, but in reality it was a great leap of faith towards my dreams coming true. As an environment concept artist I can put my passion for architecture (I used to study architecture, but I switched to art/graphic design studies) to a good use and constantly develop my skills while being a part of teams, who create compelling worlds. And with my rich background I am always astonished how often I can use my crazy skills from previous gigs in AAA! Even pixel-art - and truly I can't wait to show you that!
