In addition to my core team of engineers and their engineering manager, I collaborated frequently with Clever’s designers, other product managers, product marketing managers, and customer stakeholders to ensure that we continue to deliver a best-in-class experience to all of our users.Highlights: - Proposed and successfully moved to a multi-year roadmap model, allowing my team to focus on tackling even more complex and ambitious goals.- Proposed, designed, and oversaw the release of Clever API v3, which included defining a new data model and moving to it with minimal customer impact and instituting a new API policy. - Onboarded an additional Secure Sync Product Manager and ensured that 6 new engineers quickly ramped up on an entirely new product and codebase. Within 5 months the new team made dramatic improvements to our core sharing workflows, including a new sharing experience that saw 40% adoption in its first year. - Delivered a core enterprise user feature that saw 16% adoption in the first month.
