Director (September 2008 - May 2016)I had joined Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Sector - 22, Rohini, New Delhi - 110086 (An affiliated College of GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi) as its Director in September 2008. We conduct AICTE approved 4 year B. Tech. courses in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Mechanical & Automation Engineering and a 2 year MBA course in 2 shifts. Since May 3, 2016, I am working as its Director General.

I joined Computer Maintenance Corporation Limited, a Govt. of India Enterprise in September 1977 as Systems Engineer. I superannuated in September 2008 as General Manage, from CMC Limited, a Tata Enterprise. During these 31 years, I had been associated with the management of software development & implementation, systems support, consultancy, quality processes, education & training, business development, business excellence and general management activities.

I went on deputation from CMC Limited to Govt. of Mauritius. There I headed Central Informatics Bureau (CIB). The main function of the CIB was to instal IT Infrastructure and plan & coordinate Computerization in Civil Service. During this period, I was also a Director of State Informatics Limited, a leading IT Service Provider Company owned by Govt. of Mauritius.

During this period, I was a Faculty member at the Department of Computer Science and taught Computer Science subjects for Graduate and Under graduate students. There, we started M. Sc. Tech. (Computer Science) Course, in 1973, first time in India.
