A joint venture between the David Liddiard Group and Asuria, it brings together the vast experience of Asuria in the employment services field along with the diverse and extensive authentic relationships and wealth of education and transition to employment experiences that David Liddiard and his team have developed over many years with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. TRACQS is a provider of the Community Development Program and Time To Work Employment Service for the Western Tablelands region in Far North Queensland, administered by the Federal Government’s National Indigenous Australians Agency. The CDP supports participants in regional, rural and remote Australia to build work-ready skills, address employment barriers and contribute to communities through a range of flexible activities and TWES is a national in-prison employment service targeted at adult-sentenced Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander prisoners.

Asuria's work touches not only the individuals who access training and employment services, but also employers who can benefit from personalised recruitment services that supports their business and provides them with job-ready candidates.

Since 1969 Cordell has been the leading authority and innovator on construction project activity and cost information in Australia. Delivered in real-time, fully-researched data and associated software solutions are used extensively in a wide range of industries including building suppliers and service providers, manufacturing, property, finance and insurance by professionals who appreciate the value of reliable, timely and comprehensive information. I'm extremely proud to have left Cordell on a high note, with it having continued an unbroken run of 15 years of consecutive growth, with FY15 itself setting a new record. This could not have been achieved without the 150 dedicated staff continuing to deliver exceptional services and solutions to customers and by staying true to core values of treating people with dignity and respect.My departure follows on from having worked closely with members of my Senior Management Team and M & A partners Investec, KPMG and Allens in orchestrating the successful divestment of Cordell from Reed Business Information to CoreLogic RP Data as well as having contributed towards the integration process itself.

During my tenure, Jobfind was a national provider of employment services, placing over 800,000 people into jobs since 1998. It was contracted by both Liberal and Labor Federal Governments to deliver training and employment solutions on behalf of DEEWR and FaHCSIA through Job Network and Job Services Australia (now known as jobactive), Disability Employment Services, Community Development Employment Programs and Indigenous Employment Projects, employing over 500 staff and servicing some 40,000 jobseekers and 1,000's of employers.Responsibilities included leading the national workforce in servicing jobseekers, employers, communities and government at over 130 metropolitan, regional and remote locations as well build and manage 8 business units. Career achievements include leadership and oversight of pioneering a sales-focused business model by reengineering over 200 frontline and 40 line manager positions from reactive to proactive employer engagement as well as implementing operational imperatives of 4 acquisitions within 18 months, inclusive of merging over 50 offices and 300+ staff.

Responsibilities included managing, recruiting and training 35 staff in securing budgeted new business and renewal subscription revenue as well as key account management and negotiation. Career highlights included generating record-breaking revenue results in 12 out of 13 years, increasing renewal rate by approx 15% within the first 3 years, increasing membership from 7,500 to 12,000 and merging 3 competitors that led to increasing profitability by 80%.
