Maintain and enhance the Synergex documentation and documentation website. Develop and maintain end user documentation and release notes. This enables updated documentation to be released within a day’s notice, an improvement of approximately 300%.* Promoted and managed company’s transition to online HTML documentation and then later to industry-standard doc authoring and publishing tools for HTML documentation. This led to an approximately 500% reduction in time required to publish Synergex documentation.* Developed C# routines to automatically format web pages for user guides and system reference information, adding functionality to web pages and improving formatting.* Created system interaction diagrams and user workflow diagrams for newly acquired systems.
