Those projects were combining internationnal actors from France, UK, Switzerland and Belgium.The biggest project Michael had to manage, was considered as a strategic project for the group. The objectives of this project consisted in the setting up of a new infrastructure to allow the major upgrade of the authentication & access management solution and the migration of the 150+ applications that are connected to the old infrastructure to the new one. Michael had to manage a team of around 10 internal ressources, but also the intereaction with other internal departements and teams, and the solution integrators. He was responsible of the planning, the budget and the coordination of all the actors contributing to the project. -
