Furthermore, Mr. Inman has sold apartment, industrial/office, retail and hospitality properties throughout the United States with an aggregate value in excess of $2.0 billion. Clients represented include, Goldman Sachs, Peachtree Hotel Group, AEW, Blackstone (8 La Quinta Inns Auction), Aimbridge, The Hotel Group, Philips Edison & Co, CW Capital, Macerich, LNR, Apple Hospitality REIT and Genworth Financial. Mr. Inman co-founded the National Hospitality Group at Ten-X. Recent transactions include a successful portfolio sale of 5 diverse hospitality assets in 3 states with total net proceeds to the seller of nearly $87,000,000. He holds a Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California.
