I participated in creation the organizational basis of the new, absolutely innovative in the global scale, educational TV channel for physicians. I prepared the functioning of Program & Scientific Councils, I co-ordinated the reviewing & control system for educational programs, made by the key opinion leaders.

• Coordinated the regional strategic planning processes – prepared guidelines for affiliates, actively challenged countries’ input and finalized regional business plans;• Supervised and supported local marketers in launch planning; helped 8 affiliates withdrew ca 20 older products; prepared communication plan and transfer guidelines;• Projected and negotiated with Int. Diabetes Federation Diabetes Experts’ Panel from Accessing Countries; represented the group in the European Parliament; the net of important opinion leaders from “new countries” was created under auspices of the company;• Prepared and supervised the market research (epidemiologic questionnaire) for more than 10 000 patients; designed its form, facilitated alignment of 8 national versions, investigators’ meetings, prepared results analysis and a publication in the international medical magazine;• Participated actively in several project teams both at the European and global levels, as Eu East representative.

• Prepared the complex project of launch campaign for analogue insulin NovoMix 30; project is ready to use after small updates;• Planned and coordinated the large market research among specialists and GPs; projected scenarios of both qualitative (8 focus groups) and quantitative (200 GPs sample) phases;• Supervised projects important for the whole organization, based on the cooperation between medical, sales and marketing teams:- Organized 3 meetings of Advisory Board for 30 top customers in Poland; implemented new inter-departmental communication system about contacts with KOLs (MS Outlook based);- Coordinated company activities during congresses and symposia: negotiated sponsorship agreements; invited international lecturers and took care of them during their stays in Poland; my “Symposium preparation procedure” became a SOP in the company.

• Managed the whole pulmonologic portfolio (7 products): planned and supervised the realization of promotional activities, analyzed the market situation, cooperated with sales team (reps’ trainings, coaching, co-visits etc.);• Projected, prepared and realized the launch of Oxis Turbuhaler – after 6 months the market share was twice as high as budget assumptions, which resulted in additional turnover of 5 million PLN; next year MS reached 18% on the 280 MPLN market (second highest in the world).

• Made ca 25% of national sales working in the team of 8 specialist representatives (doubling average).
