While writing the Business Plan for MoneYou I realized we needed a simple mortgage product that allowed us to be NR 1 in the (Then independent) Independer. Saving us a whole lot of marketing money that we didn't have budget for. Also learned how to manage a large company mortgage proces getting the approval time back form 10 days tot 1 day. Besides that I worked on the Vodafone web shop, online strategy for brands like NRC, VNU, ING and Unilever, advising venture capitalists like Twinning and private investors for go-no go decisions on first and second round financing. The Big Pictures track record is unique 90% of the launched concept is still successful. the company was bought by Euro-RSCG in 2001 and merged with the strategy department of the much decorated Human-i 4d (Nokia, ASML, Volvo and Intel).
