Throughout the first few years of my career, I have built a problem-solving toolkit both conceptually and analytically that can be applied across businesses. I work with global banking and insurance clients, particularly retail banks and credit unions, to identify opportunities for growth, structure transformation programs, and deliver ongoing performance improvements for their stakeholders. These programs have spanned many aspects of the retail bank value chain, including new business building, M&A, sales force effectiveness, the branch of the future, rewards programs, distribution models incl. gearing ratios, value propositions, procurement operating models, and location strategy. I have become a trusted advisor to senior leaders at these banks through a combination of know-how, drive, and levity. Outside of my client-facing roles, I am an active leader in recruiting for McKinsey in our New York Office and for UNC, demonstrating there's more to McKinsey than the name #MakeYourOwnMcKinsey. I previously led our New York Office Golf Group and was an active member of the New York Soccer team. Finally, I co-founded the Dog Blog, a weekly internal blog that goes out to over 10,000 McKinsey employees, sharing messages of joy, levity, and inclusiveness (in addition to cute dogs)Proud graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management where I honed my sports business skills as President of our Sports Business Association as well as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School.
