As Chief Mechanical Engineer, I was responsible for the design, integration, production, and testing of all mechanical systems and ensuring their quality, safety, and performance in accordance with the team's needs and objectives.This experience required me to be familiar with every aspect of the vehicle and possess sufficient technical and scientific knowledge to assist in the resolution of technical issues and interactions between departments, all while ensuring the best possible balance of quality, deadlines, and cost.

I was responsible for designing the ergonomics and driver interface of a formula race car, the FST08e. This included a redesign of the pedalbox system to be fully adjustable to accommodate the ergonomics of the prototype for a group of different drivers. Worked in the complete lamination and manufacturing process of a CFRP Monocoque, from positive wood mould, through CFRP wet layup negative moulds to the monocoque itself.During this experience, I acquired experience with mechanical, composite and structural design, as well as multiple manufacturing processes both for isotropic and composite materials. I also acquired a lot of experience in CAD and FEA software.
