• Works with internal key stakeholders from Fraud Teams to deliver reports and data analyses to support optimisation of effectiveness and efficiency of the Fraud Operations in Australia and globally. • Undertakes routine and ad hoc analyses to meet specific requirements of Fraud Operations• Plans and delivers standard projects to support customer objectives and strategies• Undertakes process improvements for reporting efficiencies

• Performs financial data extractions for Relationship Sets as part of the overall Credit Monitoring function to facilitate interim reviews, analysis of trends, monitoring of reports and monitoring of covenants.• Prepares reports for Credit Rating Approval based on ratios from financial statements. The reports would include either of the following:1. Increase lending for existing customers for the bank2. Analysis for new to bank clients3. Risk grade trigger • Handles all escalated queries from internal customers, or external vendors and resolve the complex, high value/high risk transactions.• Proactively identify competencies for development and work with line manager to improve performance.• Identify FDE/eCART related risk and compliance issues within division and determine remediation plans.• Performs documentation of customer information in ACM including set up of facilities and securities.• Handles special projects for the team • Assists Leads in Planning and Variance Analysis• Performs process coachings and trainings for new hires

Presents and discuss completeness of financial information provided by marketing and other project proponents and the effective approach to assess profitability.Prepares and submits an accurate,complete and timely profitability analysis reports of existing products, services and promos.Products, services and promos which are found to be erosive and unprofitable are discussed with the immediate superior for corrective action.Reviews accuracy and reliability of revenue and subsbase reports submitted to top managementHandles assessment and approval of contracts for renewals, minor deviations and standard contractsParticipates in the planning and implementation of projects for process improvements as needed

Prepares monthly usage report for VAS SettlementPrepares monthly settlement reports for Content Providers Monitors and analyzes daily revenue trend of SMS, Data and Voice servicesPrepares daily report of possible revenue exposures noted in the analysis of the revenue trend.Monitors and analyzes recovery rates of SMS transactions to ensure that all transactions are properly billed and deducted.Prepares quarterly audit reports for SarBox complianceUndertakes special projects as assigned
