• Lead the effort in stabilizing the price look-up system from both the in store POS and the host price change system. • Worked with users from all the operating companies to identify know problem areas and determining system weakness to prevent future problems. • Installed, configured, tested and moved to production the NetView Distribution Manager application to support the remote installation of software for IBM 4690 POS controllers.
