Creator of the "BrainShare Buddies" group concept within my local NUI, we expanded it to include anyone new to the event and any NUI groups that wanted to participate. The "Buddies" program invited any new attendees to get in contact for advance advice on how to make the most out of their BrainShare attendance, introduce them to vendors while at the event.

Chairperson for an annual IT training event. Grew the event from an afternoon presentation to a 2-day "mini-BrainShare" event that focused on a broad range of IT topics. Key sponsors included Novell, GWAVA, and Symantec, the event was not focused on any one IT vendor. Chair position involved obtaining sponsors (largest count was 47) and locating donated.
