As a Product Support team member, I interface with our customers to resolves service related issues with our products as well as educate customers, potential customers and others interested in our products how to use and maintain to products we product. I also provide input to our development team, assist in the development of new products and work with prototypes of new products to make sure they meet our goals and standard of delivering a superior product each and every time.The most important task I have is to ensure the customer experience is positive, timely and that each customer receives service that is the best in the industry.For personal recreation, I have enjoyed the hobby of model railroading for nearly fifty years and am a founding member and former-President of Chattanooga Modular Modelers, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization founder. CMM is a multi-scale model railroad club in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I also am active in the 1.5" scale ride-on model train community and enjoy visiting other clubs and tracks around the eastern US. Several years ago, I learned to scuba dive and earned my Master Diver certificate from the Professional Association of Dive Instructors (PADI). Diving is one of the most exhilarating sports I've ever encountered. The world below the waves is as beautiful or more than that above.
