Ms. McDaniel has 30 years of experience in program management, project management, project controls and business process for a variety of municipal, federal, and private clients. This includes development of best practice processes in program and project management controls in various types of contracts and project delivery methods. She has traveled across the globe providing customized and standard project management, project control, and risk management implementations and training. Ms. McDaniel focuses primarily in project management quality assessments and improvements. Ms. McDaniel has executed project management and controls and deployed software solutions in the power, construction, engineering, oil and gas, manufacturing, information technology, public and governmental and transportation industries.
