As Researcher at Mercuri Urval I work closely together with one of the consultants to find the right people according to the unique business and situation - because right people make business strategies work.

I were hired in 2012 and during the years I were promoted to a position as Supervisor and then one year later to Area Manager (since 2014). As Area Manager I have, along with two other Area Managers, the managerial responsibility of the department of rides. The department consist of 65 employees which refers to me and the two other Area Managers. I am responsible of the statutory training of every employee in the department and have to make sure that the duty roster is adjusted to the estimated level of visiting guests. Furthermore I work with many different managerial tasks including motivation and coordination. Beside my work in the department of rides, I am responsible for for the execution of the yearly seventeen 'Fed Fredag' concerts with up to 18.000 guests attending.
