Manages the program and research activities of the Emory University Fuqua Center for Late-Life Depression supporting the center in its continued success. This support Includes accountability for current and historical research projects and community partnership activities including financial revenue/expenditure reporting for projects, supervision of the research department and facilitating the negotiation of contracts with community partners. Coordinates the Electroconvulsive Therapy Mini-Fellowship offered through the Office of Continuing Medical Education on a monthly basis. Experienced in many aspects of program administration including planning and monitoring budgets, pre-award and post-award coordination of research projects and human resources management.

Manages the operational activities of the Fuqua Center for Late-Life Depression. Specifically, budgeting and reporting, liaison activities with community partners and human resource management. Includingmonitoring budgets, tracking salary and effort distributions for accuracy, preparing projected financial reports for program growth and development to include: budgeting, staffing and allocation of resources. Provides input and approval of budgets and compiles data for reporting to sponsor/donor entities. Serves as the liaison to community partners for contract negotiation and maintenance. Schedules the attending physician schedule of the Neuromodulation Service (Electroconvulsive Therapy, Ketamine Treatment and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). Maintains databases, prepares and updates reports and maintains required documentation for research projects, educational and partnership activitiesHas supervised and scheduled work study staff including orientation, training and ongoing performance feedback. Manages facilities and logistics - being the conduit for all maintenance and repair requests including telephone, computer, space allocation, physical movement of faculty and staff and subsequent liaison activities with administration in Wesley Woods Hospital, The Emory Clinic and the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Coordinates the monthly Electroconvulsive Therapy Mini-Fellowship through the Office of Continuing Medical Education, including recruitment of participants, faculty scheduling, planning and closely monitoring the logistics of the three-day event and providing pre and post fellowship correspondence guaranteeing repeat business with facilities nationwide.
