My career in recruitment and talent acquisition began in 1997. The first role I had was with one of the largest and most successful outside recruiting firms in the country where I set multiple performance records, including number of hires and revenue generated. Part of my time there included the owner of the firm arranging for me to visit other top performing offices around the country and evaluating which recruitment processes and techniques were most effective, this practice has followed me throughout my career allowing me to utilize the best approach for each situation.The hundreds of client companies that I have worked for range from Fortune 100 large companies to start-ups. Over my career I have conducted somewhere between twenty and thirty thousand job interviews and have hired thousands of employees in a variety of roles from entry-level positions to C-Suite and Board-Level. I have also managed a corporate recruiting team, increasing their hires by over 33% in under two years.I founded Ethical Recruiters, Inc., an executive recruitment firm where my focus has been on recruiting for Director Level and above Executive Management, Clinical Development, Business Development, Research & Development, Translational Medicine, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Finance, Sales Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Analytics, Health Economics and Marketing roles for the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.Later, I also founded SoaringME Publishing.
