Required attention to detail, coordinating entire events making sure everything was done exactly how the Event Planner designed them. Ensuring everything stayed on schedule such as when the food was to be brought out, when the lighting may change, when the DJ starts playing music, etc... Coordinating every detail and ensuring everything is executed perfectly. This job not only entailed coordinating events but setting them up & breaking them down as well & even sometimes hopping in & taking over serving/bartending duties.

This job entailed doing custodian duties, making sure the hotel stayed extremely clean and up to Hilton standard. I also had laundry duties during my time as a houseman which included washing, drying & folding all hotel linens. I also took it upon myself to learn all Maintenace/engineering duties for the Hotel as well which included changing light switches or outlets, looking at Air conditioning/Heating units in every room, going into every room and ensuring everything in there worked correctly and was standard.
