Realizing the importance of being self-directed, and creative enough to inspire others to take a serious look at having the advantage in developing their future retirement program.3. Having a desire to assist in the training of those persons who come aboard my team which I am developing.

I wrote the major educational component, designed and implemented it for disadvantaged students between the ages of 14-22 years of age. This program was accepted and included into the overall programming for the Urban League Organization. State Certified teachers were hired and services from other people who were trained in specific areas were included in the training of the youth. The Job Center in the area provided the management as did the Urban League Director who purchased the concept originally. This program was funded on a continuing basis for over six (6) years, usually providing income for participating students, teachers, and the overall Urban League program up to and including 1 million dollars yearly. This program was highly regarded in the area, and I am told it was duplicated at the state level for other organizations, and our parents were anxious for their children to become a part of it.
