Served as festival finance director for two event years. Responsibilities held by me and three staff under my direction included: preparation of budget, review of vendor quotes across all departments as they relate to budget, review and preparation of employee and vendor contract templates, management of employee paperwork and payroll from all departments for approximately 135 employees, collation of pertinent information relating to performing artists business details as they relate to insurance and artist settlement, tracking of sponsorship revenue procurement and festival contract obligations to sponsors, collaboration with food and beverage auditors prior to the settlement of F&B activities with concessionaire, liaising with insurance providers in relation to policy quotes and certificates from vendors and performing artists. Also screened all invoices for validity and approval from festival management prior to logging them by department and budget line item in preparation for final partner settlement.

Served as financial manager representing the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for two anniversary concerts held at Madison Square Garden. Was responsible for budget preparation, venue settlement, reconciliation and settlement of VIP ticketing activities, approval of vendor payments, negotiation of budgets and expense reimbursement for 36 performing artists.

Responsibilities included preparing financial forecasts and artist offers for exclusive touring rights both domestically and internationally. Duties also included forecasting and reconciling final ancillary revenue streams for Live Nation exclusive tours.

Served as financial and project management consultant for the Vote for Change political fundraiser tour. Project consisted of six simultaneous tours involving 17 artists across 38 venues. Primary responsibilities included approving individual artist budgets, supervising and assisting four ticketing companies in the implementation of specific ticketing policies and procedures to comply with Federal Election Commission regulations (hard/soft money contributions), establishing special settlement procedures and reports to satisfy the accounting requirements of political fundraising, and supervising six tour accountants in the implementation of these settlement procedures.

Served as traveling tour accountant for the various music artists. Responsibilities consisted of representing performing artists in regards to all on-site tour financial and administrative matters. Worked closely with personal managers, agents, business managers, local promoters, and equipment vendors to ensure that business matters regarding each live performance and the tour as a whole were carried out properly.
