My experience is diverse; covering areas including professional advisory, board positions, strategy, transactions, structuring, and business establishment.My current focus is applying these broad skills to assist and structure foreign businesses to enter Vietnam, and lead them in how to be compliant with both international best practice and local Vietnamese laws.Whilst Founder and former Managing Partner of Acclime Vietnam (initially Domicile Corporate Services), I provided foreign investors with professional assistance with market entry to Vietnam (company establishment, corporate structuring), along with ongoing tax, accounting, payroll and reporting assistance - ensuring Vietnamese compliance and international reporting occurs at international standards. Acclime Vietnam grew to 150 staff across three offices (HCMC, Hanoi and Danang), being the leader in its professional services field.I am also an established business presenter, conducting regular presentations to business chambers, lecturing visiting and local MBA classes, and guiding multinational organisations on how to conduct business effectively in Vietnam amongst a wide range of topics.
