In 4 short months I transformed an operation that was over 85% turnover down to 30%. Within the first year I was able to dramatically improve employee morale by ensuring their participation and integrating their ideas in transforming the distribution center into a world-class operation. Improved the distribution sites P&L, by reducing overtime, improving productivity by 15% and renegotiating contracts and optimizing packaging which equates over $100,000 in year one.Inventory cycle counts are performed daily with an accuracy level of 99% and an overall reduction in lost inventory by 253% in comparison to the previous year through grass roots warehouse practices.

On a daily basis I apply my background for project management by transitioning warehouses from one site to another; implementation and training of staff for a new WMS system.
