As Regional Director, I manage all sales and relationships with Hair Stylists and Salon Owners in Orange County. I create new business and manage existing relationships to ensure increased sales for Brazilian Blowout's anti-frizz smoothing treatment. I love that it makes money for Stylists, and gives amazing hair to so many women. I've built a strong business in Orange County/L.A with over 3,000 Salons and over 7,000 stylists, leading as the #1 in the country with an annual sales over $2 Million. I get to coach and mentor my fellow team mates to help them meet their goals. I manage my own territory and grow my sales in addition to helping my team increase their sales. I speak to hundreds of stylists at National Road Shows across the country, and I represent the company at international sales events. I work with the Brazilian Blowout Distributors around the world to ensure Brand recognition and increase sales performance within the Distributor network including Austalia, South Africa, England, Italy and Mexico. It is my greatest pleasure to see the business grow through out the world one Stylist at a time.

Red Lipstick Inc. is company centered on relationship coaching, and guiding women to be confident, and bold like red lipstick. Inspired by my many years in cosmetics, I wanted to teach women to be proud of being feminine, and celebrate being a woman. Based on my years of experience having great relationships with men in business and my personal life, I wrote a blog chronicling my revelations as I studied more about the differences between men and women, and helped women have more amazing relationships with the men in their lives at work, at home, and in their family.

I started this printing company to provide a larger selection of green printing and consulting services. I helped create a brand for a new eco-friendly paper, called FiberStone(TM), made of limestone. I created a network of vendors and customers who learned about FiberStone through our marketing efforts and wanted to print all their marketing materials on it to help lessen their carbon footprint. I helped create marketing campaigns for companies such as Nature's Gate and KOR Water to increase client base, and gross profit through green marketing.

I managed office supply contracts for large companies who purchased $1 million+ for office supplies, print services, and technology. Some of my clients included, Seven Up, IHOP, Reliance Steel, and Sylvan Learning Center. My role involved having quarterly reviews with CFO's to ensure they were getting the savings they wanted, and in turn finding more solutions to their needs, and increasing sales for Staples at the same time.

I helped create seminars for Franchise Owners to better handle the selling, accounting, marketing, and overall operation of their cosmetic franchise. I toured the United States and Canada while teaching these seminars to groups of 35-60 franchise owners. These seminars involved discussion, role-playing, and lots of demonstration. I also wrote,directed, and edited training videos for Merle Norman, in addition to writing beauty articles for the monthly magazine circulated to all franchise owners.

As an Account Coordinator I managed all the Estee Lauder counters at Macy's in Orange County totaling $5 million in business. I trained the Beauty Consultants, mananged special events/promotions, and managed sales to ensure proper annual growth.This is when I really accessed my creativity and my ability to teach and lead people while having a lot of fun doing it!
