Last role as a Subject Matter Expert for the LPS Design project for Government closing, and team member for Processing and Closing for Phase 2 of the Process redesign for Wachovia's Mortgage division. Was on several pilot team projects for new loan closing/funding procedures, and special projects for the service center. Prior to Post closing being centralized I: monitored receipt of closed loan packaged from closing agents. Prepared loans for imaging and forwarded to secondary marketing, mortgage accounting, and other departments as dictated by procedure. Monitored receipt and acceptability of final documents. Managed escrow for completion agreements. And transmitted completed loan files to Servicing.
