Patient Care Coordinator
Current• Manage patient's schedules, answer patient's calls, call patients to confirm their scheduled appointments and schedule patients for follow-up visits. • Solicit appointments through telemarketing techniques.• Data entry and appointment scheduling using company scheduling protocols and internal scheduling database software.• Utilize the CRM software and master required computer skills.• Plan and execute daily morning huddle; set goals and plan daily activities. • Greet all patients and obtain potential referrals.• Continuously build rapport and develop a trusting relationship with patients.• Facilitate patient's intake forms, check-in patients when they arrive for their appointment.• Understand and follow current HIPAA law; ensure the privacy and confidentiality of patient's information and files.• Coordinated the hearing needs, reason for visit, and concerns of patients to the hearing care provider.• Facilitate insurance and billing to maximize revenue and payment in a timely manner.• Manage petty cash account; execute routine bank deposits and credit transactions.• Process the patient's insurance verification to determine patient-specific coverage.• Conduct credit application processing and calls with vendors, as needed.• Create orders and ensure that most devices are delivered within 4 days after sale and 80-100% are delivered in same month as sale.• Create and submit daily sales reports to sales director and corporate staff.• Check and clean hearing aids; change filters, domes, ear grips and batteries.• Package and ship supplies, hearing aids, ear molds, accessories to manufacturer, clinics & main office.• Order and maintain office supplies and stocks.• Organize our office supplies, equipments and tools and maintained a clean working environment.• Understand and utilize current marketing promotions.
