Patient Care Coordinator
Current- Manage patient's schedules, answer patient's calls, call patients to confirm their scheduled appointments and schedule patients for follow-up visits.
- Solicit appointments through telemarketing techniques.
- Data entry and appointment scheduling using company scheduling protocols and internal scheduling database software.
- Utilize the CRM software and master required computer skills.
- Plan and execute daily morning huddle; set goals and plan daily activities.
- Greet all patients and obtain potential referrals.
