JADS JT&ESpearheaded the $32 million Joint Advanced Distributed Simulation (JADS) Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) program analysis efforts. JT&E chartered by the Deputy Director, Test, Systems Engineering and Evaluation (Test and Evaluation), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) (Acquisition and Technology) to investigate the capabilities of leading-edge computer technology, modeling and simulation, and satellite links to support operational and developmental testing for the Department of Defense (DOD). The joint test consisted of three separate test programs each with multiple phases. JGPSCE JT&ELed the analysis efforts for the $18 million Joint Global Positioning Combat Effectiveness, Joint Test Force (JGPSCE) Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) program investigating and characterizing vulnerabilities of the Global Positioning System (GPS). The JGPSCE JT&E conducted field test events representing three types of combat operations: (1) Small Scale Contingency; (2) Limited Engagement; and (3) Major Theater War. Army Deputy from September 1999 until February 2001.• Top Secret (SCI) Security Clearance.
