After completing my studies, I moved to the UK in 1999 where I worked for global management consultancy, McKinsey & Co. for a year and then embarked on a PR career spanning 12 years in London.I joined global London agency, Hill & Knowlton in 2003 and after three years went freelance for 6 years. Agencies worked for include Text100, Porter Novelli, Weber Shandwick, Ketchum, Nelson Bostock, Band & Brown and Hotwire. Previous clients include Samsung Consumer Electronics, Emerson Network Power, British Telecoms, Baileys Irish Cream (DIAGEO), Hewlett-Packard EMEA and South Africa, Kodak EMEA, Motorola EMEA, Canon UK, the Lap Dancing Association (UK), RIM (launch of Blackberry Pearl), Philips Consumer Electronics, IBM, Monster.co.uk, DatingDirect.com and SEGA Games to name a few.On my return to South Africa in 2011, I joined Core Group as PR & Communications Manager for Nintendo South Africa, working in the video games industry, and then moved to PlayStation and Sony Mobile South Africa in 2014 at boutique agency, Craving Novity.Now based in Sydney, Australia.
