After becoming a Quality Assurance Specialist at the age of 25, she traveled to many developing and resource limited countries to improve challenges in healthcare systems. By performing Quality Assessments as a Technical Consultant for over 45 global laboratories, the one common challenge encountered was the implementation of Quality Management Systems and the execution of goals for quality in medical diagnostics.Prof. Hardy is a Certified Allied Health Instructor, Certified Laboratory Consultant and International Medical Affiliate of ASCP.
