I currently practice 75% Outpatient interventional Pain Medicine and 25% inpatient anesthesiology. My pain practice includes fluoroscopy & ultrasound guided injections for the management of a myriad of chronic pain diagnoses. Experienced in Botox injections for migraines, radiofrequency ablation of neuraxial and peripheral nerves , Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials and Permanent Implants, Intrathecal Pumps Implants, and interspinous spacer implants for spinal stenosis. My anesthesia practice involves supervision of anesthesiology residents, supervision of CRNAs, and intermittent solo anesthesia cases.

The RVS Update Committee (RUC) is a volunteer group of physicians and advisors who make formal recommendations to Medicare on how to value a physician's work as a basis for financial/reimbursement decision making. I represent ASIPP/Pain Medicine to this body.

Elected by the AMA House of Delegates to serve a multi-year term on this Council. We study and recommend policy positions to the AMA on a range of public health and scientific/clinical issues including, but not limited to: antibiotic resistance, medication shortages, reimbursement for genomic testing, and many other important public health topics.
