Medicus Locum Services (MLS) is a division within Medicus Healthcare Solutions devoted to the incubation and sustained growth of niche physician specialties. The goal is to achieve enough growth until the specialty becomes self-sustaining and can "break off" into its own division within Medicus. MLS is buoyed by dedicated recruiters who possess the skill to place specialized physicians across the variety of different departments in a health care organization.As a recruiter, my role was to collaborate with the sales team to place physicians at facilities in need of locum tenens coverage while recruiting across multiple intensive specialties including Critical Care Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Neurology. While working closely with my physicians and clients I learned to build and sustain mutually beneficial relationships.

MMIS Inc. is the sole distributor of Medispend, a business solutions and global compliance spending analytics software for health care organizations. MMIS is a global technology company providing innovative compliance and business intelligence solutions for the life science industry. MMIS is a leading provider of cloud-based SaaS solutions dedicated to helping pharmaceutical, medical device and bio-pharmaceutical companies comply with global laws. Responsibilities at MMIS included:-Creating competitive analyses by researching other similar products via websites, social media, press releases, webinars, etc.-Compiling webinar data into spreadsheets to be further evaluated by sales representatives. Also constructing PivotTables for this data in Excel that make it easy for the sales team to interpret the information. Used Sales Force and SmartSheet as two of the data analytic tools. -Using SmartSheet to create a public document comprised of all the Global Compliance Conferences in the 2017 calendar year. Gave management insights on previously attended conferences, conference location, and sponsorship eligibility.-Drafting press releases and pitch lettters notifying press of conferences and interviews with our CEO, Michaeline Daboul.-Producing detailed lists of potential venues for pre-conference or post-conference business meetings.
