We used PhotoShop, After Effects as graphical/animation tools.We used Microsoft C# as programming environment for web.In 2008, when the real estate crisis hit the company took quite "a ride" - I downsized the company to 6 employees over 2 years - Doing that in a country with no social security was quite a diplomatic challenge.In 2011, I felt that it made more sense to simply transfer the company into a one man operation and become more operational oriented myself.

Development of production control system for the poultry industry integrated into the production equipment (weighing sensors, position sensors, IO ports connected with relays etc.).My part was to design and program the user interface for the system and send decisions made in the user interface to processor inside the poultry equipment itself that would influence the execution of production.System was programmed in Sybase and PowerBuilder.

Gazell had exclusive import rights for a number of software tools in Denmark. I was responsible for sales and implementation of the PowerBuilder programming tool in Denmark. PowerBuilder was one of the first easy-to-use client/server tools with a graphical Windows oriented user interface.I performed sales, programming and teaching - but most of all my challenge was to convert software companies to use this new system development paradigm.

Later Oracle, USA took over the markets (for a price).My job as a consultant was to port and Oracle database from VMS to Unix envirenment for a client (KAPP Autoteile) in Switzerland.Unix shell scripting, Oracle database administration work and minor C programming.

BFC Data was the largest IBM PC re-seller in Denmark. I started as student worker when the company had 5 employees that were occupied with IT and saw the company grow to 650 employees fragmented in 12 branches.In BFC, I tried more or less all aspects of the know IT world (at that time) working with database programming, development of complex spreadsheets, hotline, advanced network installations, sales support, teaching and a lot of other disciplines.From 1989 to 1992, I was a part of an internal IT team inside BFC that had to "clean up" the administrative "mess" that a fast growing organization, largely sales boom based can create. We implemented systems and business procedures in all corners of the organization and got rid off decentralized systems made by employees.Had a break from 1988-1990 when working for the Government School.

My jobs were: Teaching tax people how to use IT report generation as a practical tool in their daily work, I also created the exams for this 180 hour class.Teaching IT related people how to analyse, describe and implement small scale database projects inside an organization. I was the professor for this 180 hour course - which included creating exams, managing teachers in technical matters, advising projects and planning education schedules.
