This was done in advance of the cloud migration; ultimately, saving almost one million dollars in development costs and improving key retention. Created a comprehensive infrastructure for EMR integrations with a large pipeline of hospital systems, that include 3 integrations teams, Redox, Mirth Connect, and a webservice library. To further reduce idle time, revamped workflow and responsibilities for sales engineers, integration engineers, and support teams to holistically support clients through integration process. Co-architected the code infrastructure for the Ambry’s Comprehensive Assessment Risk Education (CARE) program, including the chatbot. Developed and managed the security upgrade projects that further increased decreased potential risk factors as acting HIPAA Security Officer. Hired and worked with the new Security Officer to develop the 3-year security plan to incorporate hybrid cloud and HITRUST. This resulted in higher ratings from firms, such as CORL Technologies.

Led software development and business analyst teams to streamline business processes, resolved inter-departmental differences, and created training and testing modules. One of four stakeholders for Global IT Strategy Planning team, chartered with identifying and coordinating global IT projects to scale Delivered over $900k per year in cost savings by renegotiating contracts, producing savings of 40% for telecom, 50% for printing, 25% in mobile services, 60% in datacenter fees, and 25% in hardware and software acquisition. “Plank Owner” of Information Strike Force (ISF) team hired to build the first Network Operation Center (NOC) for United States Navy Marine Corp Intranet that would serve over 300,000 client nodes. Acquired active DOD Secret Clearance. Promoted to team lead for Novadigm administrators. Member of 60 engineers to build the first of 6 NOC's. This is a private, highly secured, multi-tier, multi-NOC, highly availability network that is considered the precursor to today's cloud networks.
