Michelle Luxton rejoins Mann Mortgage as the assistant branch sales manager for Mann Hawaii's new Kahala office. Luxton is federally and Hawaii-state licensed, as well as licensed in California, and has quickly proven herself as one of the highest achieving loan officers in the state since her start in 2010.Luxton specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers and military relocation families find the home financing they need. Although her office is located in Downtown Honolulu, Luxton helps service prospective homeowners all over Hawaii. She has over four years of experience in the local mortgage banking field.In 2010, Luxton joined Bank of America Homeloans. During her time there, Luxton helped the Honolulu branch grow to a Top 20 producing branch in the nationwide Bank of America system (over 300 branches) and helped achieve the honor of being the largest lending branch in a non-Bank of America state (no retail bank branches).As an active member of her community, she is currently serving on the Admissions and Membership Committee for the Outrigger Canoe Club, as well as their Public Relations Committee. She is also a member of the Hawaii Association of Mortgage Brokers (HAMB) and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Hawaii (MBAH).Prior to her career in Hawaii, Luxton worked for the San Jose Earthquakes, a professional Soccer team based out of San Jose, California, in their Public Relations department. She graduated from Santa Clara University (SCU) and played Division I volleyball where she helped the team to reach its first ever NCAA Final Four Appearance for their program, and later captained the team to two West Coast Conference titles.
