Responsibilities taken at my current job:-Provide administrative support to the management, unit owners and tenants of the property and the brand regarding post construction and beyond post construction concerns that are under warranty.-Actively dealt and resolved 100+ warranty concerns (e.g. interior leak, exterior leak, consequential damages, etc.) and inquiries in residential units of the property, and escalate it to the brand management when necessary.-Utilize excellent client service to schedule and coordinate appointments of inspections and rectifications in the residential units via phone, text, email and in person discussion for a property with 419 living tenants and owners, and various third party contractors.-Oversee material acquisition, procurement of third party vendor and contractors, and manpower deployment with supervision of works to the affected units.-Prepare, update and finalize monitoring files, documents, and reports.
