Principal Developer Advocate
CurrentAs a Principal Developer Advocate in the Instructional Developer Advocacy team at MongoDB, I am responsible for creating and delivering enablement content that empowers both developers and internal technical teams. I design hands-on labs, workshops, and training programs that simplify complex technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), vector search, and MongoDB's suite of tools, ensuring technical individuals can build and scale innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture the MongoDB Developer Community through content, conference speaking, screencasts, and curriculum designed to educate and inspire.- Create comprehensive enablement content for internal solutions architects and other technical staff, helping them to deliver better solutions to clients.- Mentor and advise developers, founders, and internal stakeholders on the technical aspects of their projects.- Helped develop and launch the MongoDB for Startups program, providing startups with access to software, services, and guidance to help them scale.- Produce and host content for the MongoDB Podcast and MongoDB Livestream, sourcing guests and producing high-quality, interview-based shows.- Enable founders, developers, and technical teams to build better software projects through education, mentorship, and technical guidance.
