(working on AlUla Tramway & Cairo Monorail projects)• Managing the design from preliminary review till detailed review and shop drawing,construction, and Supervision of all depot equipment,• Working out specifications and generation of Depot Equipment Design documents.• Manage the interfaces between the DEQ and the Rolling stock, signalling, powersupply and civil departments,• Preparation of submissions of design documents in close cooperation withmanufactures• Assisting in Quality Control during manufacturing of Depot Equipment,• Preparation of documents for Depot Equipment Factory and Site Acceptance testsin close cooperation with manufacturers.• provide the technical Support for the installation and T&C team to ensure fully compliance with the Standard.

•Customer interface in case of Quality issue related to ALSTOM Sub-System(Electro-Mechanical, Power supply, Singling, Telecom, Building, T&C and Warranty).•Do the necessary to guarantee that Quality Assurance and Quality Control rules and procedures are in place in the subcontractors’ organizations to thesatisfaction of Alstom.•Problem solving, preventing occurrence of potential defects.•Report cost of non-quality (CONQ) and collect it (if any) and prevent ofoccurrence.•Prepare Quality control plan with all tests, inspections, evidence required.•Carry out all required inspection and Handover requests and ensure that subcontractors perform tests and inspections according to the QC plan or ITP.•Close quality follows up for the open points and reserves on site till punch listclosure.•Conduct on site quality issues investigations and analysis.•Review handover file from Installation team before submission to the Client.•Issue and track non-conformance related to material, execution, and workmanship and monitor action and remedial response until closeout.•Ensure and follow that all tools are calibrated on time.•Review Quality documents of Subcontractors and suppliers.•Perform regular audits and follow resolution of actions in place.•Make sure that all site quality documents are achieved and controlled in the right place, like IRs, Method statements, test reports, checklists, etc.

• Lead Supervision of Electro-Mechanical Works as HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Lighting, Access Control and BMS.• Carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary.• Coordination and Interface with other ALSTOM subsystems (Civil, Power supply, Signalling, telecom, T&C and Maintenance).• Provide technical advice to subcontractors regarding MEP activities.• Prepare weekly progress report and send to project manager.• Report any delay that might affect the execution schedule.• Follow the Coordination drawings and arrange with other subsystems in all overlapping activities.• Monitor and track all relevant change orders in accordance to project specification.• Logging project documents for ease of usage as needed (IRs, MIRs, H/O, M.O.M, Punch List clearances, TPL results ...).• Assuring clearing all snag lists.

BSA Project – Modernization of Signaling systems for Beni Suef – Asyut railway corridor with total length 250km for Egyptian National Railways with a budget of EUR 100m, Upper Egypt.Responsible for Electro-Mechanical activities of a “Centralized Traffic Control” CTC building, fourteen "Electronic Interlocking System" EIS buildings, twenty-four "Signaling Equipment Room" SER buildings and forty-four "Level Crossing Shelters" LX buildings along the project.

• The maintenance of relations with inspection and technical qualification Organization.• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.• Diagnose breakdown problems.• Carry out quality inspections on jobs.• Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly.

Responsible for the whole processing of The Factory with capacity 40 Ton per day which include Operating and Maintenance (Steam boiler, Compressor, Material Mixer, Milling Machine, Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Bearing) Operated by 40 technician and operator.
