Responsibilities• Leading of the fresh liquids filling department which encompasses the responsibility of filling dairy and juice products. This department contains 17 filling machines, + 200 employees, 100 SKU’s and annual production of 300 mio litres.• Leading the organization transformation, which includes promoting the GMP practices, improving machine efficiency and product quality• Improving floor standards by applying the 5S and hygiene practices, promoting the KPI’s systems and LEAN standards, setting objectives and strategy deployment• Developing the reward and recognition system for Nadec manufacturing, promoting production planning and developing the standard operating procedures• Leader of the ISO 22000 certification• Production planning, RCCP, • Extensive focus and attention to detail in the areas of food safety, waste control and waste reduction.
