For example, I consulted with an interfaith ministry team to ensure that hospital chapel designs were welcoming to people of all faiths. ✔ Improved cost efficiency and savings by implementing building prototypes and standards across the OhioHealth system: I instituted consistent branding across all OhioHealth facilities and increased time to market by cutting 10% off of design time in the lifecycle of projects. ✔ Reduced costs 15% with a laser-focus on operational efficiency. I eliminated 18% of exam room space by removing fixed cabinetry, which provided more usable space in each room without decreasing standards of care. ✔Accelerated productivity by transitioning project management team from Excel to e-Builder, which led to reduction of errors, increased data review, and improved ability to track projects.
