Current• Responsible for Define Measure Analyse Improve Control (DMAIC), Lean Manufacturing, and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), projects, leading teams to address business process problems and design new processes to achieve results.• Manage continuous improvement initiatives by direction and/or actively finding improvement activities• Develop Standardized work, SOPs, and VSWIs.• Perform and manage company-wide time studies.• Facilitate and manage problem-solving and Kaizen.• Identify opportunities for Six Sigma projects and conduct analysis to scope projects.• Coach operations managers to establish performance measurement systems and goals aligned with organizational objectives.• Develop process simulations using SimCAD.• Demonstrate personal responsibility for all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies, procedures, and initiatives.• Support measures designed to effectively manage costs and adherence to budgetary requirements.
