Michael Mahan is a Vice President with Lee & Associates Coastal Investment & Marina group, specializing in Investments, Marinas, Multi-Family, Office, Medical and Land.Michael was raised in a small town in IN and had been coming to Lee & Collier counties for vacation at his family- owned property since he was in high school. Michael was a two-sport athlete in college, joined the Army and was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne. Michael began his commercial real estate career in 2002 in Charlotte, NC working project and construction management for an international consulting company and then opened and ran his own successful two office brokerage. Michael has been successful as a top producer in both Charlotte and Atlanta before coming to Naples. In his career Michael has closed over 500 transactions totaling over 3.5 million square feet valued at over 400 million dollars all over the United States including a $50 million, 300,000 SF transaction in downtown Atlanta.
