CurrentA principal Director reporting to the CEO and tasked to • Managing a yearly worth of US$20m projects.• Established and managing Digital Identity Unit in Diyar United and provide leadership in building the business and its objectives. • Program Manager for the full cycle issuance of the Kuwait National ID (Civil ID) card responsible foro Maintaining successful production of the Kuwait smartcard National ID (Civil ID). Covering all aspects of centralized printing/ chip personalization/ PKI/ Quality Control/ lifecycle management (CMS)/ mainframe integration and post issuance management. o Member of Kuwait PKI committee in charge of building strategies and maintaining the country PKI since April 2013.o Expanding the Kuwait smartcard National ID as an enabler for secure e-services for G2G, G2C & G2B.o Certified Key manager as part of the key manager for the Kuwait National PKI.o Developing, implementing and monitoring a multi-years strategy for Kuwait smartcard National ID initiatives. • Building and maintaining strategic alliances with key industry partners including Gemalto, Muehlbauer, HID, OVD Kinegram. • Building / maintaining the mission, vision and values for Digital Identity department inline with Diyar United mission, vision and values• Determining the challenges , opportunities and improve business performance• Frame key issues and Increase effectiveness• Reduce business risk and maintain business continuity• Supervising/ Managing key strategic projects
