As End-User team we are responsible for troubleshooting any technical problem for users in Egypt,Ghana and Nigeria offices and find root cause to prevent occurrence in future and coordinating with Network and System Admin teams.• Managing end-points with SCCM and Kaspersky Security Center.• Prepare new devices and apply security layers of company polices to meet PCI DSS rules.• Identifying and resolving technical issues that users encounter with hardware, software, and network systems. This may involve diagnosing problems and providing solutions or workarounds to users.• Responsible of supporting COE team with any technical problem occurs since day-one.• Support to users in a timely and professional manner. This may involve answering questions, providing advice, andhelping usersresolve technical issues.• Maintaining and updating systems and equipment as needed. This may involve installing updates, patches,andupgrades, as well as performing regular maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly.• Communicating with users a n dother TI team members to coordinate support efforts and ensure that issues areresolved in a timely manner.
