Full-stack employee and manager.I managed a 4-people team on digital customer care projects, deploying chat, web callback and email customer channels. I developed project management, and tool administration skills: no longer relying on Professional Services, I multiplied the project capacity by 6.I grew the sales and customer support chat channel by 4 times and doubled the web callback channel in 4 years. Direct impact on the daily work of 1500+ customer agents on digital channels.Following the digital contact strategy, I co-designed and launched the contact.orange.fr and contact.sosh.fr pages as constantly improving products.I managed the relation with my providers: contract, negotiation, roadmap... Since mid-2008, I led an innovation project and an experiment (300 users) around messaging and Enterprise Social Networks. Both led to a current innovation project I am now leading again around email, federated ESNs and information overload. For three years and a half, I have been responsible of parts of a business communication suite, Reach Everyone. Reach Everyone is also known as My Office (Mobistar - Belgium), My Orange Office (Sonatel - Senegal) and Messagerie pro (Orange - France). Since july 2010, I support an internal business unit in the deployment of Reach Everyone for their professional customers (160'000 end users). For one year and a half, I have been working on security tools based on public key cryptography. I tested, specified, documented and benchmarked Certatoo, the PKI software used internally at France Telecom to generate machines and users certificates. I also trained people to use Certatoo and put a PKI in place in their organization.Then I managed the development project of a cryptographic library, Applatoo, for one year and a half. Applatoo allows external clients to develop ciphering and signature applets for their web services and is used by AchatPublic.com and by BNPParibas. Management of 3 people.For both Applatoo and Certatoo, I have been visiting prospects and made demonstrations on exhibitions (French "Salon de la Sécurité" and SIBOS in Copenhagen). For one year and a half, I have been developping Air Traffic Flow Management tools for the R&D center of the Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile (French civil aviation authority). These tools are used for air traffic visualization and flow rerouting.
